Mechanical Engineer (all genders)

Your tasks

  • Responsible for developing, verifying, and documenting Single-Wafer-Spin-Etch tools to meet the system’s specifications.
  • Providing concepts and technical designs for Spin-Etch Processors plus calculations and drawings.
  • Accountable that the system meets all engineering requirements regarding Compliance and Safety Standards.
  • Clarification of tool requirements.
  • Owns execution of BOM and documentation release plan.
  • Technical response to meet all interface requirements with other modules and environments.
  • Prepare all required deliverables based on the product development plan (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses, etc.)

Challenges

Your Skills

  • Technical High School (HTL) in Mechanical Engineering minimum required.
  • Work experience minimum 3 years – experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrate significant technical independence
  • Strong analyzing skills and numerical ability.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Solid Edge (or similar CAD software) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills.
  • Independent, team-oriented as well as safe and accurate working style
  • High social competence and communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • English communication skills
  • Class B driver’s license

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries. Allocation group V. We offer an attractive overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and experience.
